TO SET DATE, TIME AND DAY LIGHT SAVING

TO PROGRAM CLOCK  (Password)

  1. Push the RESET button.   (Bottom right back corner of clock. It is a plastic strip inside hole where the word RESET
  1. Push in the RIGHT front button. (So both buttons are pushed in at same time.)
  1. Release RESET button, then release front RIGHT button.  (Pro9 should appear on your display.)
  1. Hit the RIGHT button once.  (You should see four zero's, [0000])
  1. First zero will be flashing, make it a number "8" by hitting your LEFT button eight times.
  1. Hit the RIGHT button twice 3rd zero will be flashing, make it a number "8" by hitting the LEFT button eight times.
  1. Hit the RIGHT button once, last zero will be flashing, make it a number "8" by hitting the LEFT eight times. (You should have [8088] this is the pass word to get in for programming the clock.                                                                                          
  1. Hit the RIGHT button, all your numbers will flash.
  1. Hit the RIGHT one more time, you will be at P1dAtE.
TO SET THE DATE
  1. Hit the RIGHT button, the year will flash.  Change the year with the LEFT button to show the correct year.
  1. Hit the RIGHT button, the month will flash.  Change the month with the LEFT button to show the correct month.
  1. Hit the RIGHT button, the date will flash.  Change the date with the LEFT button to show the correct date.
  1. Hit the RIGHT button again, you will be back at P1dAtE.
TO SET THE TIME
  1. Hit the LEFT button, you should see P2 Cloc, on the display.

                A.   Hit the RIGHT button, the smaller number will flash.  This is to set the

                      display   (ONLY THE DISPLAY)   to show regular time or military time.

      (The number “12” = regular time, and the number “24” = military time)

      Hit the LEFT button to change or if set right go to the next step.

                B.   Hit the RIGHT button, the hour will flash. Change the hour with the LEFT button to show the correct hour.

NOTE: If the time is after 12:00 o’clock noon the hour has to be set in military time, so the clock can  determine AM from PM., remember this will not print military or display military unless  you have program the clock to.

                C.   Hit the RIGHT button, the minutes will flash.Change the minutes with the LEFT button to show the correct minutes.

                D.   Hit the RIGHT button, all your numbers will flash.

                Sample: [12  13  05]   this will display 1:05  in regular time.

                                                                [24  13  05]   this will display 13:05  in military time.

                E.  Hit the RIGHT button again, you will be back at P2 Cloc.

TO SET THE BEGINNING OF DAYLIGHT SAVING

  1. Hit the LEFT button again, you should see P3 bdLt, on the display (this is to set the daylight saving beginning date, follow steps blow.) 
         A.   Hit the RIGHT button, the year will flash.                                             

NOTE; If the display has [ 07 03 11 ] hit the RIGHT button four times, back to P3 bdLt. Then hit your LEFT button till you see End.  Then hit your RIGHT button, STOP HERE YOU ARE DONE!

                                                       

  1. If  [ 07 03 11 ] IS NOT on your display go on with the steps below.

A.     Change the year with the LEFT button to show “07” year for the next beginning daylight.

B.     Hit the RIGHT button, the month will flash.  Change the month with the LEFT button to show “03” month for the next beginning daylight.

C.     Hit the RIGHT button, the day will flash. Change the day with the LEFT button to show “11” day for the next beginning daylight.

D.      Hit the RIGHT button, all your numbers will flash. [ 07 03 11 ]        Hit the RIGHT button one more time will be back at P3 bdLt.

TO SET THE END OF DAYLIGHT SAVING

  1. Hit the LEFT button you should see P4 EdLt , on the display (this is to set the daylight saving ending date, follow the steps below.)  You must set the ending date if beginning date is set.

A.   Hit the RIGHT button, the year will flash. (If [ 07  11 04 ] the correct date appears on the display hit the RIGHT
 four times back to P4 EdLt. Then hit the LEFT button till you see End. Then hit your RIGHT button.  YOUR DONE But if this dose not appear, do the steps below.

B.       Change the year with the LEFT button to show  “07” year for the next ending daylight.

C.       Hit the RIGHT button, the month will flash.  Change the month with the LEFT button to show “ 11“ month for the next ending daylight.

D.      Hit the RIGHT button, the date will flash.  Change the date with the LEFT button to show “ 04 “ day for the next ending daylight

E.     Hit the RIGHT button, all your numbers will flash.   [ 07 11 04]

F.       Hit the RIGHT button again, you should see P4 EdLt, on the display.

G.       Then hit your LEFT button till you see End. Then hit your RIGHT button.
