Secure  To maintain the integrity of the patrol record, access to the record tape and time adjustment can be achieved only with the use of a master key. Every time the recorder is opened with the master key, the letter "K" will appear on the record tape. Every time the recorder is opened or closed a small "o" will appear on the tape to indicate the time and place that the recorder was opened. As an added security measure, those companies that rotate patrol rounds can require that each watchman register his or her ID number on the record tape at the beginning of each patrol tour.

Maintenance -Free A self-contained alkaline D cell battery provides you with months of maintenance-free use, requiring no need for winding. The battery indicator light will alert you to replace the battery.

Lightweight  Weighing under two pounds, the PR600 is easy to carry. It has been designed for maximum protection against possible mishandling. We also have a Drop N Tell available that indicates if the recorder has been dropped at a preset G force level.
